B2B ROOFTOP SOLAR

Your rooftop quickly reduces your energy bill.

A financed photovoltaic plant enables self-consumption without tying up all your capital, generates power close to demand and reduces exposure to the grid and price volatility.

France & Romania

Rapid savings designed around your energy use

We assess the roof, load curves, grid connection and operating constraints to size self-consumption and its financing. The goal is to use as much solar power on site as possible and secure more predictable energy costs.

01

Solar assessment

Usable area, shading, structural capacity, waterproofing, access, fire safety and generation potential.

02

Self-consumption

Generation sized to load curves to create rapid savings directly on site.

03

Tailored financing

Direct investment, lease or PPA according to the building, consumption and financial priorities.

A plant integrated with your property strategy

Existing roof, renovation or new building: the project is coordinated with structural and waterproofing constraints and with your cost, decarbonisation and asset-value objectives.

  • Existing, renovated or new buildings
  • Self-consumption, surplus sale or export
  • Monitoring and preventive maintenance

Batteries for critical business continuity

Storage can also be financed. It increases on-site use of solar power and, with the right backup architecture, can keep priority loads running during an outage: cooling, IT, automation, security or sensitive industrial processes.

Capacity, duration and backup operation are defined after an electrical assessment and critical-load review.

FINANCING OPTIONS

Finance your rooftop plant around your priorities

The right structure depends on consumption, property rights, technical maturity, contract length and counterparty quality. Every proposal is subject to assessment and approval.

01

Direct investment

Fund and own the asset, benefit from generation and control long-term operation.

02

Lease

A contracted payment limits upfront investment and may include operation and maintenance.

03

On-site PPA

A third-party investor funds the installation and you purchase the electricity generated on site under a long-term agreement.

FAQ

Questions before starting a project

General guidance: technical, financial and contractual conditions are confirmed for each project.

What does the first site assessment cover?

It covers layout, ground or roof conditions, consumption, grid connection, operating constraints, regulations, budget and the intended financing model.

Can Lionberry supply equipment without installing it?

Yes. Depending on the project, Lionberry may supply a structure or complete system to an installer, coordinate delivery, or structure a turnkey or financed solution.

What may be included in a turnkey scope?

The scope may include studies, structure, modules, inverters, wiring, drainage, lighting, monitoring, civil works and EV charging. The offer defines inclusions and interfaces.

Are capacities, prices and savings guaranteed at the first stage?

No. Initial values are indicative and become firm only after technical studies, permits, contract review and an agreed final scope.
