How information connected with enquiries and website visits is used.
Form and submitted information
The form prepares a draft in your email application. EVRA receives your enquiry when you send that email. Name, email and message are required; telephone and company are optional. Project type helps route the enquiry. This web application does not save a copy of the form in a database.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to reply, assess requirements and prepare a proposal. Processing relies on requested pre-contractual steps when you are a prospective contracting party, or on the legitimate interest in managing a business relationship when you represent an organisation. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are handled by authorised people and the email providers necessary for receipt. Where a study requires another contributor, only information relevant to their assignment is shared. Hosting and security providers may process technical data, including IP addresses and connection logs. Their official information is linked below.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while handling your enquiry and resulting discussions. If a contractual relationship starts, relevant data becomes part of the contract file. Subsequently, only data needed for legal obligations or for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims may be retained for the applicable periods.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email energy@thelionberry.com. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP or the competent authority where you live, including France’s CNIL.
International services
Technical providers may operate in several countries. Their policies describe processing and safeguards for international transfers.
